Villa LaRoseraie

Bienvenue A’LaRoseraie. This elegant maison was built in the late 1800’s and only renovated twice – once to install indoor plumbing and again to replace the roof and boiler before being purchased by us, the current owners. We purchased the property September 2016 and embarked on an extensive restoration January 2017, which not only refinished every surface, but included all new electrical and plumbing. The exterior renovations continue but have largely been completed with a stunning swimming pool, terraces and many new plantings. Throughout the restoration, we worked closely with local contractors and artisans to return the house to its former glory as a beautiful French Art Nouveau Maître de Maison. With its friendly village and the proximity to world class wineries, restaurants and breathtaking landmarks in the Sainte Terre and Saint Emilion area this an easy place to select.
